Minutes of the Meeting of the Board of Directors

of the Rib Mountain Repeater Association

Hereford and Hops Restaurant; Sherman St.; Wausau, Wisconsin

The meeting was called to order at 15:19 by president Rich Maier KC9NW.

Present were the newly elected board members:

Rich Maier KC9NW

Mark Hoenecke WB9YZR

Paul Nelles K9DB

Rich Nesbitt N9MO

Bill Bergs KC9UC

Maier announced that in keeping with the provisions of the bylaws the sole purpose of this meeting was to select officers for the 2004-2005 fiscal year.

The board agreed by consensus that the officers for 2004-2005 are to be:

President: Rich Maier KC9NW

Vice-President: Rich Nesbitt N9MO

Secretary: Paul Nelles K9DB

Treasurer: Mark Hoenecke WB9YZR

Member at Large: Bill Bergs KC9UC

The meeting was adjourned at 15:33.
