Michael W. Hench was born November 11, 1942 in Wausau, son of the late Arthur M. and Nancy (Wolfe) Hench. He was married to Jeanette Hench W9NQ.
Michael was a United States Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War.
He enjoyed fishing and woodworking, as well as Ham Radio.
Besides his wife, he is survived by four stepchildren, Carl, Cheryl, Caryl and Candace; 14 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two brothers, Perry (Jean) Hench, Schofield, Jack (Jo) Hench, Wausau; one sister, Karen (John) Windish, Milwaukee.
He died Saturday, October 19, 2002 at his home under the care of Comfort Care and Hospice Services.
