Frank E. Burt WB9EJE
1918-2004

Frank was born on Jan. 30, 1918, in Townley, Ala.

He served in the U.S. Coast Guard and was employed with Wisconsin Bell Telephone, Wausau, until his retirement in 1980.

While a member of the WVRA in the mid 1970s, he assisted in teaching novice classes.

He was a member of the RMRA from the early 70s through 1990.

Survivors include his wife, Eleanor of Ocala, Fla.; two sons, Harold Burt, Elgin Ill., and Keith Burt, Atascadero, Calif., three daughters, Diane Zachowski, Canton, N.C., LuAnn Berger, Pen Argyl, Pa., and Brenda Kruger of Coraopolis, Pa.; three stepdaughters; seven grandchildren; and eight stepgrandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Dorothy.

Frank died Thursday, Jan 15, 2004, in Ocala. Florida, where he lived.
